TLS 1.2 Protocol Migration Notes and Links
Windows 10 fully supports TLS 1.2 out of the box.
Credit card providers and other vendors are rapidly moving to the more secure TLS 1.2 communication protocol.
Basically, any secure TCP/IP communication directed outside of the store will require TLS 1.2 soon.
From Datacap: If your company's using TLS 1.0 or SSL 3.0, you're currently utilizing an insecure encryption protocol,
according to the PCI SSC. The council announced that all companies handling payment card transactions
must disable all SSL protocols and switch to TLS 1.2 by June 30, 2018.
